We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Advisory Manager to join our team at CohnReznick. As a key member of our Sustainability Advisory practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients manage ESG risk and develop and implement ESG strategies that deliver value to their stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct ESG assessments and benchmarking to help clients understand their ESG maturity and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement ESG strategies that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct research on emerging ESG reporting regulations and frameworks, including ISSB, SASB, TCFD, GRI, CDP, and SDGs.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews and materiality assessments to help clients prioritize ESG issues.
  • Develop strategic plans to operationalize ESG programs and implement ESG reporting frameworks.
  • Measure and report on ESG performance, including GHG emissions and social impacts.
  • Manage large, complex engagements and lead teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Contribute to ESG thought leadership and education internally and externally.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-6 years' experience in sustainability/ESG Advisory services/Strategy consulting.
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading teams.
  • Ability to define trends across industries and articulate their impact to clients' business and strategic choices.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and oral and written communication skills.
