Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front Desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze Front Office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Marriott experience required
  • Light speed experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
