Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales activation leader to join our team. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for providing sales leadership and direction to our regional sales team, driving revenue growth and increasing visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales leadership and direction to the regional sales team
- Drive revenue growth and increase visibility in the market
- Work with national sales and marketing leaders to ensure effective execution of USI processes and engagement strategies
- Participate in screening, hiring, and onboarding of new producers
- Support the USI sales process and USICG sales methodology
- Work with national sales and marketing leaders to ensure quality tracking and measurement of sales activity
- Assist with acquisition integration and sales activation
- Drive utilization and keep current all prospecting and relationship building opportunities
- Establish and execute marketing and communication strategy
- Work with producers to close new business
- Responsible for meeting regional sales targets
- 10 years of retirement services sales management experience
- 10+ years of experience in the retirement services industry
- 5 years of sales experience focused on prospecting and capturing new business
- Bachelor's degree required
- Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 licenses required or willingness to obtain
