Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA/MS or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 6+ years of work experience in a financial analysis/accounting capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and articulate recommendations for changes/improvements.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging large databases for analysis.
  • Independent, self-starter with a strong desire to promote and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to successfully interact with management throughout the organization.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP and Cognos preferred.
