Key Responsibilities

The following duties are essential to meet the minimum requirements of this role. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Execute security protocols as detailed in the Post Order Manual and in accordance with company policies and procedures as directed by St. Moritz Security Services Management. Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the premises, including designated areas both inside and outside the facility. Identify and report potential security risks, unsafe conditions, or emergencies. Perform site-specific tasks based on assignment, which may encompass customer service, loss prevention, retail security, lobby reception, freight elevator oversight, loading dock security, and various other safety and security functions. Document detailed, accurate, and clear incident reports during shifts, noting any unusual occurrences and resolutions. Communicate with relevant personnel (Site Supervision, Field Management, etc.) as per site post orders or as necessary during the shift. Familiarize oneself with all site-specific policies and procedures, implementing emergency response actions as required. Adhere to all company protocols, maintain acceptable attendance, and comply with grooming and customer service standards. Participate in all mandatory company and site training and orientation programs. Respond to incidents occurring during shifts in line with the Post Orders and the Company's Use of Force Policy, ensuring appropriate actions are taken, reports are completed accurately, and relevant parties are informed promptly. Carry out security, customer service, or support functions as directed by supervisors or in response to client requests.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Certification Requirements

Valid Driver's License.

Minimum Qualifications

To successfully perform this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. 1-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or customer service is highly desirable. Familiarity with scheduling, operations, or other security functions is advantageous. Must possess a valid registration/permit/license as required by state regulations. Some clients may necessitate additional background checks, testing, and procedures such as site-specific drug testing. Ongoing employment is contingent upon maintaining active status of all necessary registrations/licenses/permits. A current state driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required, along with the ability to operate a motor vehicle or golf cart if the position necessitates. Reliable transportation or access to public transportation to ensure punctuality is essential. Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels and de-escalate potential conflicts. Energetic and focused demeanor with the capability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively. Professional communication skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to collaborate effectively within the organization and with clients while being a team player.Physical/Mental Requirements and Working Environment

Regularly required to use both hands, stand, sit, stoop, talk, and hear. Must be able to read computer screens and written reports in English. Ability to write clear and legible reports in the field. Must maintain proper uniform standards and personal hygiene to meet company expectations. Work is performed in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, with potential exposure to adverse weather conditions. The noise level is typically quiet, but may occasionally be elevated. Must be able to hear clearly and see with reasonable assistance. Ability to concentrate on details and manage tasks under pressure is essential. Must be customer-service oriented and able to follow directions from supervisors while maintaining order and discipline. Ability to multi-task in a busy environment and handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Must be proficient in English, able to give clear instructions in security or emergency situations.
