About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Manager to join our team at In Flight, Inc.

Job Summary: As a Residential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential programs, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. You will supervise and direct our staff, provide administrative leadership, guidance, and supervision, and oversee program development, implementation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct residential staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular supervisory checks to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets and finances, including payroll, expenses, and receipts.
  • Review and verify billing documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee incident management, including documentation and notifications to parents, guardians, and care coordinators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, or a related field, and two years of supervisory experience in the DD field, or an AAS degree and four years of supervisory experience in the DD field.
  • Ability to manage others and good communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $52,500 per year, based on experience, plus benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
