Water Solutions Sales Professional

Aquasight is a cutting-edge technology company revolutionizing water management solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and accelerating digital transformation in the municipal water sector.
About the Job DescriptionYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Contacting potential clients through calls and emails.
- Presenting Aquasight's solutions to potential clients.
- Identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services.
- Customizing product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients.
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
- Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
- Reporting on sales results.
Key Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum five years proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to pick up municipal water and wastewater sector and key messaging.
- A go-getter, data-driven, well-organized, task-oriented, and structured individual.
- High degree of professionalism in representing Aquasight in front of clients with excellent email and writing skills.
- Steady and calm-headed when managing complexity.
- Demonstrated perseverance and patience in managing lead volume.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
