Job Title: Bilingual Wireless Manager

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Wireless Manager to lead our wireless department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the wireless department.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of wireless products and services to customers.
  • Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of wireless management experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
  • Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated, results-driven personality.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process.
  • Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
  • Must be able to work the varied hours of retail, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in prepaid wireless sales management.
  • Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
  • Bilingual/English & Spanish.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly.
  • Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly).
  • Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days.

Job Type:

  • Full-Time.
  • Hourly - Non-Exempt.

Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Ability to occasionally lift 10 to 25 pounds.
  • Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
