Wireless Department Manager

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Wireless Manager to lead our wireless department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the wireless department.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of wireless products and services to customers.
- Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of wireless management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales quotas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Positive, can-do attitude, highly motivated, results-driven personality.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process.
- Ability to function independently as well as be a team player.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
- Must be able to work the varied hours of retail, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in prepaid wireless sales management.
- Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
- Bilingual/English & Spanish.
Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly.
- Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly).
- Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days.
Job Type:
- Full-Time.
- Hourly - Non-Exempt.
Environment and Physical Demands:
- Ability to occasionally lift 10 to 25 pounds.
- Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
