About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. As a key member of our Enterprise People Technology team, you will be responsible for spearheading key projects, managing communication with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Track project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage project budget and resource allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information
  • Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and implement project management best practices and methodologies, ensuring consistency and quality across projects
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance future project success
Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with experience in implementing and managing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve project issues
  • Ability to perform technical reviews and analysis, with experience in evaluating project deliverables
