Job Description

Job Summary

US Recovery Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Restoration Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for leading water damage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise water damage restoration teams to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the extent of water damage and develop restoration plans to ensure that all affected areas are properly dried and restored.
  • Supervise and train junior team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that all restoration work meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales and customer service, to ensure that all restoration projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the restoration work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that our team is always using the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in water damage restoration, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of water damage restoration principles and practices, including IICRC standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to work in a variety of environments, including residential and commercial settings.
  • Must be able to travel to job sites as needed.
