Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality service to customers in line with company standards.
• Address escalated customer issues, collaborating with the Branch Manager.
• Oversee safe branch and route operations, adhering to regulatory practices.
• Train and empower Service and Sales Representatives for success.
• Collaborate with branch management on route-related matters.
• Manage customer AR accounts and contribute to individual revenue goals.
• Drive a company vehicle and maintain hands-on involvement in the field.
• Capability to engage in an on-call rotation 3-5 days per month to deliver exceptional customer support.

What You'll Gain:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Compensation: Annual pay starting at $72,000 (consisting of $21 hr., 2.5% commission on total hand sales, guaranteed overtime, and on-call).

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership abilities with a self-starter mindset.
• Sales experience or a strong sales drive is essential.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with DOT/EPA regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and lead teams effectively.
