Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Manager to join our team at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. As a key member of our Imaging Services department, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maintaining staffing and workflow, and driving performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Radiology support staff and imaging modalities
  • Maintain accurate staffing and workflow to ensure efficient and effective imaging services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve performance and quality of care
  • Participate in interviewing and training new employees, and provide guidance and support to staff members
  • Collaborate with the Director of Imaging Services to develop and implement departmental goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
Requirements
  • Certified and Registered Radiologic Technologist (CRT, ARRT)
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
