Position Overview: Join our team as a Server, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base hourly rate along with tips, making it possible to earn up to $30.00 per hour.

Employment Status: Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
  • Handle cash transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
  • Greet guests warmly and establish a friendly rapport to enhance their dining experience.
  • Guide guests through the menu and food selection process, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings.
  • Provide attentive service that makes guests feel valued and eager to return.
  • Accurately take orders and work alongside team members to fulfill guest requests.
  • Assist guests in creating their meals to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organized approach to deliver timely service.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a positive and outgoing demeanor with excellent guest relations skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team, remain alert, and be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. as required.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous movement, including bending and reaching.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
