About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Hillmann Consulting, LLC. As a key member of our Construction Risk Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination, growth, and profitability of our regional office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement regional business plans to drive growth and profitability
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for construction projects and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and review risk management plans to ensure alignment with company policies and project objectives
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and colleagues to address risk-related concerns and ensure transparent communication
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience in consulting
  • 10+ years of experience in construction risk management with in-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and risk management best practices
  • First-hand knowledge of construction due diligence reporting, including plan and cost reviews, property condition assessments, and construction monitoring reports
  • Understanding of the construction lending process and milestones
