Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of marketing requests, managing relationships with cross-functional teams, and driving the adoption of marketing technologies. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, analyzing data to inform marketing strategies, and collaborating with senior business leaders to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into actionable plans for marketing technologies, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Manage the marketing spaces and requests processes between Marketing Operations and the Americas Demand Generation team, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing automation campaigns, including email series, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and analyze data to inform marketing strategies, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to drive business growth, develop and implement process improvements, and ensure effective communication across teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing execution lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Ability to be task-oriented, detail-focused, and execution-driven.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology, marketing, and sales frameworks.
  • Experience with marketing analytics models, including ROI, attribution, and mixed media models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior business leaders.
What We Offer:

Verint Systems is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination, retaliation, and harassment. We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $105,000, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
