Job Title: Producer (Gaming)

Aquent is seeking an experienced Producer to join our client's gaming studio. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for driving the development of high-quality features and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and art, to bring features to life.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring the team is on track to meet deliverables.
  • Work with production partners to support feature teams through various stages of game development.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including licensing, marketing, and community management.
  • Apply a customer-first mindset to maintain a high bar of quality.
  • Facilitate collaborative communication between team members.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Keep the team informed of deliverables and goals throughout all phases of development.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a producer in a AAA game studio.
  • Working knowledge of agile development practices and their goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with project scheduling.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with feature leads to achieve production plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
