Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at The Hedreen Hotel Employer. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist staff with expediting problem payments and follow up on guest-related issues
- Process all guest check-ins and process all payment types, including room charges, cash, debit, or credit cards
- Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations
- Block rooms in the system and identify designated requirements
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in
- Count bank at the beginning and end of shift
- Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees
- Anticipate and address guests' service needs in a professional, positive manner
- Assist Valet Parking operation during peak periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds with or without assistance
- Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have valid driver license
- Must have clean driving record
- 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- Must be able to write, type, and verbally communicate clearly and proficiently in English, and while utilizing phone and computer systems
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to de-escalate dynamic situations
