Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and have a proven track record of delivering effective behavior intervention programs.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and implementing and overseeing behavior intervention programs. Additionally, they will collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA): Conduct comprehensive FBAs to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
- Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Develop tailored BIPs that address the specific needs of each individual.
- Program Implementation and Oversight: Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs to ensure fidelity and effectiveness.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist, hold a Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA), and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
