Join RTX's Compression Systems Engineering Organization as a Senior Project Engineer
About the JobThis exciting opportunity is part of our efforts to transform the future of flight. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking progress, resolving problems/developing solutions, and forecasting project revenue.
Key Accountabilities- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify project problems, analyze data, and develop solutions and recommendations.
- Manage project revenues, costs, and forecasts to ensure maximum profitability and alignment with business targets.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on projects across technical and administrative areas.
- Support EVMS activities for military budgets.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role. Relevant skills include Agile, Jira, or Zenhub experience, Earned Value Management Systems expertise, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
