Senior Project Engineer: Drive Innovation and Growth with RTX's Compression Systems Engineering Team

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to lead our Compression Systems Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts, as well as ensuring seamless execution and resolution of project-related issues.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project problems, analyze data, and develop solutions and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage project revenues, costs, and forecasts to achieve maximum profitability and align with business targets.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams on projects in technical and administrative areas.
  • Support EVMS activities for military budgets.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with Agile, Jira, or Zenhub, Earned Value Management Systems, and MS Office applications is also required.

Compensation and Benefits

At RTX, we offer a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $163,000, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
