Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests: Welcome and acknowledge guests as they enter the restaurant, building positive relationships and setting the tone for a great dining experience.
  • Provide Quality Service: Prioritize a quality customer experience, using a friendly approach and efficient time management to ensure that guests receive prompt and attentive service.
  • Develop Menu Knowledge: Develop a thorough knowledge of our food and beverage menu, enabling you to make informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
  • Process Transactions: Accurately ring up customer orders, bag or tray food and beverage items, and process payments at the point-of-sale system.
  • Support Front-of-House Operations: Regularly assist with stocking, organizing, and cleaning the dining room, ensuring that the restaurant is well-maintained and welcoming.
  • Deliver Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to dine-in guests, as well as clear away trays and sanitize tables, seats, and food trays.
  • Communicate Effectively: Effectively communicate with kitchen and management to provide quality customer service and ensure that guest needs are met.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: 1+ years of previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Enthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentality.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy.
  • Math Skills: Basic math skills.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 16 to apply.
