About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team at Humana. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with IT leadership and Technology Owners to drive efforts to accurately report and control technology costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Associate End User Experience Organization in maturing the management of work and projects utilizing Agile methodologies.
  • Spearhead the adoption and optimization of the IT Cost Model Framework to ensure accurate cost reporting and control.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and Technology Owners to drive efforts to accurately report and control technology costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Enable effective management by providing a holistic view of all initiatives aligned with cost and value, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of lean-agile practices across the organization, promoting efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field, or 6 years of relevant experience, education, and training.
  • 4+ years of experience producing metrics, measurements, and trend reports, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  • 4+ years of working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation, with experience in data visualization tools.
  • Successfully managed, led, and executed projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to guide and coach Agile maturity by identifying incremental improvements while working toward long-term strategies.
  • Knowledge of core Finance principles and basic understanding of the corporate accounting process (forecasting, invoicing, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong Azure DevOps (ADO) reporting experience, with expertise in NTH PowerBI or advanced Excel skills.
  • PMP certification, with experience in project management and leadership.
  • Apptio experience, with knowledge of IT cost management and optimization.
  • Agile SAFe certification, with experience in Agile methodologies and lean practices.
