Project Engagement

As a structural engineer, you will engage in a variety of projects, including:

  • Complex grade separation initiatives

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed engineering analyses, develop schedules, and prepare technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with CAD designers to create structural engineering designs.

  • Oversee contract administration, including drafting change requests, managing invoices, and ensuring adherence to project budgets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in structural design and construction.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer license in North Dakota or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
  • Familiarity with MicroStation OpenRoads is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Understanding of project team dynamics and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes at federal, state, and local levels.
  • Effective communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
