Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and perform janitorial services to maintain a clean and orderly environment
  • Supervise the conduct of incarcerated individuals to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Train, lead, or assist incarcerated individuals and civil service custodians in related work
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with medical and custody staff to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in janitorial services or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse population, including incarcerated individuals

Working Conditions
