Maintenance Technician III Job Description

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to support the operations in Culver City, CA. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repairs, applying knowledge of tradecraft skills in the area(s) of specialization.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Repair or replace broken or worn machinery parts.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment and assist in developing comprehensive preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Comply with work order system and maintain operating logs on all equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair.
  • Preferred experience in industrial facility maintenance, industrial HVAC, or automotive repair.
  • Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift at heights up to 30 feet or higher.

Additional Information:

  • Qualified applicants must pass a pre-employment background check and substance abuse test.
  • This position may require a valid Driver's License.
  • This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
