COOP Project Engineer

ASRC Federal is seeking a highly skilled COOP Project Engineer to support our customer at the Pentagon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple projects and departments, with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with COOP projects for the US Army and Command and Control (C2) systems is desired.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide project leadership for enterprise technology efforts, including enterprise application projects, critical systems, and COOP processes.
* Coordinate technical aspects of work for the successful completion of a project and/or production.
* Plan and oversee support of a specific IT area and systems.
* Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, PowerPoint presentations, and status reports based on tasks assigned by the Program Manager and required for the mission.
* Establish goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
* Act as a liaison for technical teams to management (including government senior leaders) to synchronize Mission Essential Functions (MEF) with Agency Division Leadership.
* Track and manage mission essential personnel, training status, and logistical preparations for COOP scenarios.
* Support planned exercises and unplanned events with logistical support, personal coordination, and any required load out scenarios.
* Communicate regularly with internal and external customers.
* Supervise staff responsibilities.

**Requirements:**

* Five (5) years of experience in a Continuity of Operations (COOP) Project environment.
* DoDD /DoDI M IAM Level II or IAT Level III certified.
* Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering/Business.
* Top-Secret with SCI eligibility.

**Work Environment and Physical Demands:**

* This role will be full-time on-site at the Pentagon.
