Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform engineering design evaluations and work to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.
  • Review industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.
  • Provide technical support for the engineering process.
  • Design, implement, and communicate an operational plan for completing the project.
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
  • Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Identify, develop, and gather resources necessary to complete the project.
  • Prepare engineering designs and work specifications.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Must have an active secret clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.
Pay Range:

VTG's estimated starting pay range is $72,265-$96,000, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and may possibly include contractual requirements that may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
