About the Role:
Spiritual and Psychological Solutions is seeking a skilled co-facilitator to partner with our team in creating and leading support groups. These groups will focus on life skills, relationships, career development, stress management, and aging, and will cater to various demographics (teens, adults, and seniors).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to design and lead support groups tailored to participant needs
- Help determine the scheduling of sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
- Develop group topics and formats for effective engagement
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract and retain participants
- Co-decide on group size, frequency, and compensation structure (split fees or set rates)
- Create a supportive, faith-based environment for all group members
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Background in psychology (clinical experience preferred)
- Experience or interest in group facilitation
- Strong marketing, business, and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule and willingness to collaborate on new ideas
- Faith-based values and strong social/interpersonal skills
