As a Group Facilitator, you will play a vital role in processing group sessions and providing support to individuals in recovery. Key Responsibilities- Model healthy and ethical behaviors in all interactions, adhering to HIPAA and Confidentiality standards.
- Lead and monitor residents in process groups, including Evidence Based Treatment, Life Skills, and Educational Groups.
- Guide and motivate group participants through various group topics related to recovery.
- Ensure the fostering of growth and development of group participants.
- Document services provided according to Agency standards and applicable County, State, and Federal regulations.
- Stay current with best practices and knowledge of behavioral health treatment strategies.
- Facilitate full utilization of service units, including Case Management, as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain constructive relationships with family members, community members, and organizations.
Requirements include a SUD credential (registered or certified) and a salary commensurate with experience. A non-smoker is preferred.
