Customer Success Manager

Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Russell Tobin & Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing programs aimed at providing support to developers on our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support various projects and programs aimed at improving operations and understanding of compliance requirements for third parties
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to provide guidance and support in problem-solving and decision-making
- Work closely with 3P Vendors to provide support, meet quality assurance, and execute programs
- Identify gaps and support in determining solutions, guiding decision-making conversations, and leading implementation of best solutions
- Coordinate deadlines on all deliverables, assist in scheduling, take notes in meetings, and update roadmaps accordingly
- Monitor, assess, and communicate regulatory changes, emerging compliance risks, and trends to key partners and stakeholders
- Assist business, operations, and other key stakeholders in responding to escalations from leads by conducting research and presenting findings
Requirements:
- Strong program management, customer service, and account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience writing concise posts, longer documents, and making presentations
- Ability to lead meetings with key strategic partners and troubleshoot issues
- Computer knowledge and proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools like Asana
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, liberal arts, or business-related field
- Experience in tech (preferred)
