Position Summary

NVI, LLC is seeking a proactive and visionary Senior Vice President of Sales to spearhead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and be well-versed in the nondestructive testing and visual inspection sectors. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Commercial Leadership:
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to craft and execute the company's commercial vision aimed at enhancing growth and profitability across all service offerings.
    • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to broaden our industry footprint.
    • Oversee the Commercial teams to ensure alignment with the overarching commercial strategy.
  2. Business Growth Initiatives:
    • Direct efforts to attract new clients and partners.
    • Establish a comprehensive account management framework to enhance client relationships.
    • Negotiate and finalize strategic agreements with both new and existing clients.
    • Drive revenue growth by cultivating a cohesive sales team with clear objectives.
  3. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Formulate and implement detailed marketing strategies that align with business goals.
    • Enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing campaigns and participation in industry events.
    • Leverage market insights to identify trends and optimize marketing investments.
  4. Team Development and Leadership:
    • Build and nurture a high-performing sales and marketing team aligned with company objectives.
    • Provide coaching and professional growth opportunities for team members.
    • Encourage a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence within the team.
  5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
    • Work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies.
    • Facilitate the integration of commercial initiatives across the organization to meet corporate objectives.
  6. Performance Evaluation:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing efforts.
    • Regularly assess performance metrics and report findings to senior leadership.
    • Implement necessary adjustments to meet strategic goals.
Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record in executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience in aligning sales and marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a VP or Director of Sales.
