  • Oversee the daily functions of the Supply Chain Division
  • Collaborate with vendors to enhance agreements and pricing structures
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement strategies
  • Establish a comprehensive supplier quality management framework
  • Streamline warehousing operations and manage inventory levels
  • Direct production scheduling for maximum efficiency
  • Coordinate efforts with Product Development and Project Management teams
  • Define and establish IT systems to support supply chain functions
  • Mentor and cultivate a high-performing team
  • Monitor departmental performance metrics and adopt industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Familiarity with IT solutions in supply chain management
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving challenges
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and Six Sigma is preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
  • Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain roles
  • Proven experience with ERP systems is essential
