Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Commercial Leadership:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute the company's commercial vision aimed at enhancing growth and profitability across our service offerings.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, industry sectors, and partnerships to broaden our market footprint.
- Oversee the Commercial teams to ensure their efforts align with the overarching Commercial Strategy.
- Business Development Initiatives:
- Lead efforts to attract new clients, customers, and strategic partners.
- Establish a cohesive account management framework with clear objectives and strategies.
- Negotiate and finalize strategic agreements with both existing and prospective clients.
- Drive revenue growth by cultivating a high-performing sales team with defined goals and expectations.
- Marketing Strategy and Implementation:
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing campaigns and participation in industry events.
- Leverage market analysis to identify trends and opportunities that maximize marketing ROI.
- Leadership and Team Development:
- Build and nurture a high-achieving commercial and marketing team in line with company objectives.
- Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation to foster a results-oriented sales environment.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of commercial and marketing strategies.
- Facilitate the integration of Commercial strategies across the organization to meet corporate objectives.
- Performance Evaluation and Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial and marketing functions.
- Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Implement corrective measures as necessary to meet established targets.
Essential Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Familiarity with industry trends and regulatory standards.
- Strong history of collaboration with executives to align sales and marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and relationship management.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally as a VP or Director of Sales and Marketing.
