Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to the front desk budget and manage orders for necessary office supplies.
  • Interact with hotel guests both in person and via phone, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Oversee current front desk personnel and recruit and train new staff to guarantee exemplary customer service and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Direct front desk operations to ensure that customer service aligns with our high standards for guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare occupancy reports and financial data for the general manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic bookkeeping skills are preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry is essential for this position.
  • Strong management, communication, and multitasking abilities are required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) is mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a front desk supervisory role or a related office management position within the hospitality sector.
