Front Office Support Associate

About the Role:

This position is part of our Primary Care PRN Pool, serving the East region. The PRN Pool encompasses multiple counties, providing opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Practice Manager or Front Office Supervisor, perform a variety of non-clinical duties in support of a physician's practice.
  • Carry out tasks following established methods and procedures, utilizing independent judgment and latitude.

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • One year of related experience, preferably in a medical office setting. An associate's degree can substitute for the experience requirement.

Additional Requirements:

  • Previous exposure to electronic patient management systems.
