Estamos en búsqueda de un Supervisor de Recepción Hotelera para dirigir nuestro ya fantástico equipo. Serás responsable de gestionar el área de recepción, supervisar al personal de la oficina frontal, hacer cumplir las políticas del hotel y asegurar que los servicios al huésped sean ejemplares.

Compensación:

$15 - $18

Responsabilidades:

  • Asegurarte de adherirte al presupuesto de recepción y realizar pedidos de suministros de oficina según sea necesario.
  • Interactuar con los huéspedes del hotel en persona y por teléfono, ayudando con cualquier pregunta que puedan tener y resolviendo quejas.
  • Supervisar al personal actual de recepción y contratar y capacitar a nuevo personal para garantizar que brinden un excelente servicio al cliente e implementen las políticas del hotel.

Calificaciones:

  • Se desea experiencia con MS Office y habilidades contables.
  • Se requiere al menos 1 año de experiencia en la industria de la hospitalidad para este puesto.
  • Poseer excelentes habilidades de gestión, comunicación y multitarea.
  • Se debe poseer un diploma de secundaria o certificación equivalente (GED).
  • 2 o más años de experiencia como supervisor de recepción o en un puesto de gestión de oficina relacionado en la industria de la hospitalidad.
