Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide information to prospective customers, initiate new service, and properly set up customer accounts
  • Maintain good customer relationships and escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers
  • Talk to, calm down, and diffuse customers

Requirements

  • High School/GED or better
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently
