Job Title: Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Prevention of Sexual Abuse Compliance Manager to join our team at Hannah's Children's Homes. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring our agency's compliance with laws and regulations related to preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and harassment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies to ensure prompt and effective response to incidents of sexual abuse.
  • Supervise and support certified sexual abuse counselors and assistant managers in their roles.
  • Develop and implement training programs on sexual assault screening and recognition for agency staff and foster parents.
  • Ensure compliance with the Office of Refugee Resettlement's regulations regarding prevention, detection, and response to sexual abuse and harassment.
  • Screen and investigate all special incidents and police reports related to sexual abuse or harassment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all complaint investigations and incidents.
  • Provide crisis interventions and support to staff and service recipients.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, social welfare, marriage and family therapy, counseling psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in social work, sexual abuse prevention, counseling, and abuse prevention is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with victims and staff.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and crisis intervention.
  • Ability to work effectively with law enforcement agencies and other external partners.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
