Sizemore, Inc. is currently seeking Industrial Cleaners/Housekeepers.

Compensation: $14.25 per hour (with weekly pay available)

Work Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 6 AM to 5 PM OR Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

We conduct a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of various flooring surfaces, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in an industrial setting.

• Sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, and floors.

• Dust and wipe down office furniture, equipment, baseboards, windows, and blinds.

• Clean and disinfect breakrooms, including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators, tables, and chairs.

• Restock supplies and refill dispensers in restrooms and common areas.

• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.

• Ensure proper labeling and usage of all cleaning chemicals.

• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean and functional state.

• Operate specialized equipment as required.

• Report any irregularities and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Working Conditions:

• Overtime may be required.

• Work may take place indoors or outdoors under various conditions.

• Extended periods of walking or standing may be necessary.

• Ability to lift and carry items generally weighing up to 50 lbs. Frequent walking, standing, climbing stairs, bending, and reaching are part of the role.
