">The role of the Senior Account Executive at Workiva involves driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with executive-level buyers and influencers in the Higher Education sector. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect for sales opportunities while working closely with internal teams to generate qualified leads
- Present Workiva's value proposition to customers, using data-driven insights to showcase the benefits of our solutions
- Handle objections and remove barriers to close deals by providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive long-term growth and retention
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets and exceed expectations
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 6+ years' experience in sales, preferably in enterprise technology or SaaS solutions
- A proven track record of success in selling to executive-level buyers, with a strong understanding of their needs and pain points
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Your Rewards:
In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $106,000 - $172,000 per year, depending on your location and experience. You will also be eligible for commission-based bonuses, restricted stock units, and a comprehensive employee benefits package, including 401(k) matching and professional development opportunities.
