We are currently in search of dedicated Production Workers for our facility. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in Material Handling and demonstrate strong communication abilities. Availability for weekends and holidays is required, as well as flexibility for all shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labor tasks along with additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
  • Work effectively in environments with cold temperatures, noise, and uneven surfaces.
  • Follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form with a clear understanding.
  • Adhere to safety protocols during equipment operation.
  • Recognize the significance of safety, teamwork, communication, and punctuality.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, perceive distances, and distinguish colors.
  • Capable of enduring intermittent periods of physical exertion, including stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting materials or equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to comply with company attendance and scheduling policies.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehousing is advantageous but not mandatory.
