Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our team at WellStat. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electronic devices, performing preventative maintenance, and providing technical support to our field installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fulfill incoming order requests and build custom device set-ups
  • Assemble order components, test, configure, and calibrate devices
  • Prepare, pack, and ship orders, and process and refurbish RMA devices
  • Provide technical support to our field installation team and manage component inventory
  • Identify and report potential process improvements and work closely with our operations team to improve order accuracy, speed, and reduce potential RMA issues
Requirements
  • Excellent fine motor skills and ability to handle small parts
  • Good vision, with glasses or contacts okay
  • Self-starter with strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to read and carefully follow instructions, with excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Capable of working independently to a production schedule and able to remain seated without discomfort for several hours if needed
  • Able to lift 20lb from foot level to overhead without difficulty
  • High school or GED required, with some college preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years experience in a technical or shipping and receiving position, with any skills certification a plus
  • Microsoft Word and Excel familiarity a plus
