Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of machinists and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring that the machine shop is well-equipped to meet production demands.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize productivity and meet customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead by example in lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Daily Management, Visual Management, and Variation reduction techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in supervising or leading teams, with a strong track record of success.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine programming and operation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate performance expectations and provide feedback.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer who values our people at all levels.
