Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the staffing of front office personnel, which includes interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling front desk agents, guest service aides, and concierge staff.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Front Office staff, with the ability to perform any necessary duties as required.
  • Effectively manage and utilize the MICROS system at the front desk, ensuring accurate handling of all daily transactions.
  • Review and address discrepancies in AM and PM reports with precision.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering Departments regarding guest room needs and maintenance requests, ensuring timely processing of guest inquiries.
  • Welcome guests with professionalism, efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes while addressing any questions or needs they may have.
