Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Le Meridien, Arlington Hotel. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out, provide information about hotel facilities and services, and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle phone calls, and take messages for guests.
  • Room Reservations: Take, modify, and cancel guestroom reservations, and ensure accurate and efficient room assignments.
  • Cash Handling: Perform cashier duties, handle cash transactions, and post charges to guest accounts.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve team goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize tasks effectively.
