Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Complete Automotive. As a key member of our service center, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Conduct routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely repairs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain service center procedures and protocols
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred
  • ASE or SAE certification a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills essential
