Full-time, 40 hrs. per week, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer the Crisis & Information Hotline and the 988 program.
  • Monitor agreements and responsibilities outlined in grants, contracts, and service supports provided to all NWHS programs and departments.
  • Recruit, hire, coach, train, and support staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date written protocols and procedures in alignment with industry standards, including 988 voice, chat, and text services.
  • Oversee the Emergency Financial Assistance Program and ensure compliance with contract expectations and strategic partnerships.
  • Review and update monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to funders for quality assurance and reporting purposes.

Preferred master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, and/or equivalent experience or BS/BA with 2+ years of supervisory experience and 3+ years of related work experience in social service or mental health fields.

Experience with program oversight and providing supervision.
