Service and Support Specialist

As a Service and Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and maintenance services, including diagnosis, repair, and replacement of faulty parts.
You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our clients and ensure that they are satisfied with the services we provide.

We offer a competitive salary of $24.10 - $35.65 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
