We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Executive Director to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals in healthcare and contribute to a dynamic environment that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage our long-term care facility, ensuring high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent care delivery and a positive work environment.
  • Manage facility operations, including budgeting, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with our wellness program to prioritize the health and well-being of our residents and staff.
Requirements:
  • ALF Administrator certification required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or related field.
  • Masters degree preferred in a health-related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in long-term care, with 5 years of progressive management experience.
  • Strong resident assessment, communication, and customer service skills.
