Job Title: RN Hospice Executive Director

Job Summary:

The RN Hospice Executive Director will be responsible for supervising all aspects of patient care, ensuring compliance with regulations, laws, and policies, and driving financial and quality performance. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to create strategies that drive best-in-class care for patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all aspects of patient care, including regulatory requirements compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance performance improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures applicable to hospice and Medicare/Medicaid issues.
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the agency and act as the driver for the Care Management Process.
  • Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment and adequate staff education and evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed registered nurse with at least one year of full-time experience in a hospice, home health, or oncology setting.
  • Current CPR certification required for Executive Directors providing clinical supervision.
  • Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
